What You May Submit
You may submit:
- A cooperation pattern worth attention (macro or local)
- A breakdown signal worth examining
- A regional initiative grounded in dignity and accountability
- A public institutional report
- Peer-reviewed academic research
- Evidence that challenges the Compass framework itself
If it affects shared systems and can be verified publicly, it belongs here.
What Makes a Signal Publishable
A strong submission includes:
- A public link (required)
- A short summary (3–8 lines)
- Why it matters (one sentence is enough)
- Region or institutional source (if applicable)
We do not publish:
- Anonymous allegations
- Inflammatory or dehumanising rhetoric
- Unverified claims
- Content encouraging harm
This channel values clarity and restraint.
How Signals Are Reviewed
Signals are reviewed in batches.
Not all submissions are published.
If selected, a signal may appear within Weekly Compass posts with structured Compass reflection using the following bearings:
- Is cooperation present?
- Who holds power?
- Who bears the cost?
- Is accountability visible?
- Does dignity strengthen or weaken?
Publication does not imply endorsement.
Disagreement is not disqualification.
If credible research reveals a blind spot in the Compass framework, the framework itself will be examined.
Intellectual humility is part of the design.
